Group balances without a purchase order on file will be subject to the current registration rate at the time payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Midyear Clinical Meeting/Pharmacotherapy Review Course Cancellation Policy: All meeting cancellations are subject to a $75 handling charge. NO REFUNDS will be issued after November 14, 2025 (postmark or fax date). In the event that the meeting is cancelled, ASHP will provide a full refund.

PPS Cancellation Policy: All registration fees are fifty percent (50%) nonrefundable, and any employer who withdraws after October 2, 2025 shall forfeit one hundred percent (100%) of its registration amount.

By registering for this meeting, you agree to receive marketing and informational emails from ASHP, and will be added to the ASHP meeting or event participant list to receive regular email communications ahead and during the ASHP meeting or event, including communications relating to registration, opportunities to connect, invitations to complete post- meeting or event surveys, as well as notifications of future ASHP meetings and events, as applicable.
